Fat Tabby regrets that it cannot offer refunds on merchandise.

Services

 

If you have paid a retainer fee for a project that has not yet been commenced, and communicate in writing your wish to cancel the project within 5 business days of the retainer payment date, Fat Tabby will refund the total amount paid.

If you have made a deposit purchase for a project that has not yet been commenced, and communicate in writing your wish to cancel the project after 5 business days of the retainer payment date, Fat Tabby offers the following options:

​

1. You may elect to apply 100% of the retainer value to a new project(s) 

2. You may elect to receive a 50% refund of the retainer value with the remainder forfeited. 

 

If you have paid a retainer fee for a project that has been commenced, you may cancel it at any time and are not obligated to make any further payment. If you cancel the project you will forfeit all work product and will not receive a refund of any portion of the retainer.
